I've been planning to make myself a new winter hat since last winter.  I finished it finally, but it's a little too small so I plan to take it apart from the crown and see if I can inset a triangle to make the main part of the hat a little larger.  It's always something isn't it. haha  It's fleece.  The color is in between the frame color and the color you see here on the hat.  It's sooooo soft.

Yippeeee!  I finally made myself a fabric bowl.  It's been on my "to-sew" list forever.  It was a quick and easy project.

I recently made some quilted valences for my kitchen window.  The spot above them was bare, so today I made a swag for that spot.  The base of the swag is eucalyptus.  It has deep country red/maroon and white small flowers, a matching maroon/red bow and a bird sitting on top of the swag.

These are my Autumn and Christmas wreaths.  I made one for spring also, but have not found a picture of it.

This is a jar of Daffodil fragrance bath salts, made as a gift.  I also made daffodil fragrance candles with the set.  There is one of the candles to the left of the jar, behind the flower.  There were 4 candles in votives.  I enjoy making candles when I have time.

Several years ago I had a permanent booth at a local craft shop near where I used to live.  I had a little bit of everything in my booth.  One item which I really enjoyed were making these clowns using a simple doll pattern from McCalls.  The eyes were craft eyes, the nose was fabric 3-d and sewn on, the smile and other expressions were embroidery.  They were not for children under three years old.

Another fun craft item was these "Forever Friends" dolls. They were also made from a simple pattern.

Some of you have asked about my work area.  Below are photo's of my "studio" (our living room that we don't use)  These areas are used primarily for scrapbooking.  I have 60 yrs of photo's in boxes in the picture to the right.  the picture on the left is storage for scrapbooking tools.
