Please link to this web site:  http://www.davose.com Needed for this tutorial: PSP Graphic of your choice Open your graphic in PSP Crop if necessary--you want a finished image with a Width of 1018 and a Height of 630 This size will work in most resolution sizes. Layers/Promote background layer (if needed) Layers/Duplicate On this duplicated top layer Selections/Select all Selections/Modify/Contract  100 Edit/Cut While still selected, Highlight your bottom layer.
