Please link to this website:  http://www.davose.com     NEEDED FOR THIS TUTORIAL   PSP   FILTERS:   Xero/Art Grain (Xero set 2) Xero/Fritillary   (Xero set 4) You will find them here:   http://www.xero-graphics.co.uk/xero/?plu   Tube or graphic of your choice.  For this tutorial, I am using a tube. Instructions   Open your tube in PSP. Windows/duplicate twice and close the original. With your eyedropper  pick a color from your tube.  I have tried both a light, and a dark color and it seems either will work well.   Image/Canvas Size *Note the height of your tube.   Set your canvas size at 1024 X the height of your tube. Click the center box on the left. Apply a drop shadow to your image if desired. Layers/New Raster Layer   With this new layer still selected, flood fill with your chosen color.   Layers/Arrange/Move to bottom.   Keep the bottom layer active.
