Needed for this tutorial:
PSP
Tube of your choice
Filters: Xero/Art Grain
Artistic (Artistique) Effects/Brush Strokes
FM Tile Tools/Blend Emboss --OPTIONAL

Open your tubed image in PSP
Windows/duplicate
Close the original tube
Edit/Canvas size - increase to 1024 X the height of your tube. It should look like this:
Layers/Add new raster layer
Use your Eyedropper tool
and pick a color from the tube for your background.
Flood fill
with your chosen color
Xero/Art Grain
Effects/Plugins/Artistic/Dry Brush
**as as option here, if you wish to have the pattern more defined,
Effects/FM Tile Tools/Blend Emboss
Layers/Send to bottom
Highlight your tube layer
Effects/3D effects/Drop shadow - Choose a setting you like.
I prefer the settings shown below. but this is just my personal preference.
Layers/Merge/Merge flatten
Add your watermark if you use one
Save as a jpg for assembly in Letter Creator
