Needed for this Tutorial:

PSP

Filters: 

Simple/Diamonds http://www.chezkiki.com/les_filtres.htm

In PSP, make a new transparent image 200 x 200.

Flood Fill with a Gradient of  your choice.

Use default settings

Effects/Artistic effects/Contours with the settings shown below.

(I also like this background as is here, with just using the gradient and contours steps.)

Effects/Plugins/Simple/Diamonds

**Different option. When using the "Contours" effect, if you change the color from black to another color, you will get

a little different result.  In the example below, I used a rainbow gradient instead of the solid green, and set "pink" as my color in the contours step instead of black.
