Needed for this tutorial:
PSP - Any version
Tube of your choice
The background image below:
You can find it
HERE

**Note: Your stripes will appear different with
each size you make them. the size I used for this tutorial is the
size of the background you will copy and paste to your computer.

Open PSP
Open your
tube-Windows/duplicate - close the original
Open the stripe background

Colorize your striped
background image to a color that compliments your tube.
Adjust/Hue and
Saturation/Colorize

Resize your tube so that it
is not wider than 350 pixels wide

Layers/Add new raster layer
In your Materials box, select
your striped background that you colorized.

Flood Fill
with your striped background.
Layers/Move to bottom

Activate your tube layer.
Add a drop shadow if desired
- Effects/3D Effects/Drop shadow.
Layers/Merge/Merge all
visible.

Image/Canvas Size 1280
x the height of your tube.

Layer/New raster layer.
Flood fill with a color that
is complimentary to your side border.
Layers/Move to bottom.
Layers/Merge/Merge all
flatten.

Add your watermark and save
for assembly in Letter Creator.
