Needed for this tutorial:
A tube image
PSP
Filters: Simple/Quick tile
http://www.btinternet.com/~cateran/simple
(or you can use "Effects/Image
effects/Seamless tile" within the PSP program)
MuRa's Seamless/Shift at ZigZag -

*If you use a tube, with your eyedropper
,
pick a color from your tube. You will want this to use as a
background on one of your tube images.
Open your tube
Windows/Duplicate two times.
Close the original and minimize one of the remaining
copies.
On the open image, Layer/New raster
layer
Flood fill
with your chosen background color.

Layer/Arrange/Send to bottom
Layers/Merge/Merge (all flatten)
Effects/plugins/Simple/Quick tile

Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur

Effects/Plugins/MuRa's
Seamless/Shift at ZigZag
 
Layers/Promote Background layer
Image/Canvas size - Width-1240 or
1280, or 1440 which ever you prefer using____Height-the height of your
image

Layer/New raster layer
Flood fill
with your background color
Layers/Arrange/Send to bottom
Layers/Merge/Merge (all flatten)

Layers/Promote Background layer
Activate your other tube image
Copy/Paste as a new selection on to
your first image. I offset mine here. You can choose to do
this also, or put it entirely inside the side border.

Effects/3D Effects Drop Shadow

Selections/Select none
Add text is desired *Optional
Layers/Merge/Merge (all flatten)
Add your watermark if you use one,
Save as a jpg image for assembly in
Letter Creator.
