This background is good beneath a tube on a side or top border.
EX:
Open your tube in PSP
With your eyedropper
tool, select two colors.
One for your background, and one for the design.
Make a new transparent image 300 X 300
Flood fill
with your background color
Using your Oil Paint Brush
or any
Brush in your version of PSP that will give you a fat line, draw lines
as shown below. They do not have to be straight. In fact, a little
bend or curve adds to the unique design.
Layers/Merge/Merge all flatten
Effects/Plugins/Simple/Quick Tile
Effects/Plugins/Simple/Center Tile
* You can leave it with this design, or go one step further as shown next.
Effects/Plugins/Simple/Diamonds
Your background design is now ready to use.
For a little different effect, you can resize the image as shown below.
With Texture or noise added
Reduced
to 50%
