**This tutorial has several components.

If you take them one at a time, the tutorial is not difficult.

Needed:  PSP 8

  Filters:  Simple/Quick Tile

  FM Tile Tools/Seamless

You can find the filters here:

  A Tube of your choice

  A Mask of your choice

* I will give instructions for a one sided mask,

but a double  sided mask will work even easier, just omit the one sided mask instructions.

Open your tube in PSP.  Resize to a size you are comfortable with if necessary.

I generally stay below a 300 width otherwise it sticks out too far and detracts from your writing space in your stationery.

Window Duplicate twice, then close your original.

Shrink one of the tubes to your clipboard.

With your Eyedropper Tool  select  a light from your tube image.

Layer/New Raster Layer  - Click ok

With your Flood Fill Tool  flood fill this new layer with your chosen light color.
