Needed for this tutorial:
PSP
A Mask of your choosing
Filter: FM Tile Tools/Seamless Tile
http://www.fleursauvage.be/utilitaire/filtres/filtres.htm
Find a graphic that has similar colors on both sides of the image.
If they are similar, they will blend much better.
Open your graphic in PSP
Resize your image so it is not higher than 350 pixels.
Open your Mask and minimize it for use later on.
You will need a mask with the design at the bottom.
Activate your graphic
Effects/Plugins/FM Tile Tools/Seamless Tile
Vertical UNCHEDCKED
Layers/Promote background layer if needed.
Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image
Apply your mask
In your Materials box, select the mask/right click on Delete.
When the window pops up asking if you wish to merge with the image below, click "Yes"
Image/Canvass size
Width = the width of your graphic
Height = 1600
Position the image at the top center
Layers/New Raster layer
Flood Fill
with a color that is complimentary to you graphic.
**You can texture this background if desired.
Layers/Arrange/Send to Bottom
Layers/Merge/Merge all flatten.
File/Export/ JPG Optimizer set at about 35
Save for assembly in Letter Creator
