You will need:
 
PSP8
Filters:   Simple/Quick Tile/4-Way Average
             FM Tile Tools/Blend Emboss
 
A tube of your choosing

Instructions:  

 
 Make your tube active. 

Duplicate twice and close your original. 

 Shrink one copy for later use.


  On the open remaining tube do as follows.

 

 Layers/Add new Raster Layer.

 

 Flood Fill  with white or another light color picked with

your eyedropper tool  from your tube.


Layers/Arrange/Send to Bottom.

 Layers/Merge/Merge all flatten.


 Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur set at 20


Effects/Plugins/Simple/4-Way Average.


Effects/Distortion Effects/Pixilate set at 25.


Effects/Plugins/Simple/Quick Tile.


Effects/Plugins/FM Tile Tools/Blend Emboss as follows:


Select your new pattern in the Materials Pattern Box.


Shrink this image and make a new image 1024 X the Height of your tube.

 Flood Fill  this new image with your newly made pattern.

 Reactivate your tube image

Edit/Copy

 Edit/Paste as a new Layer

With your Mover Tool   move this tubed image to the right between halfway

and the far right. (or a place you like)


Move the Opacity to 20% or a setting you feel looks like what you desire.


Reactivate your remaining tube image and resize to approximately 75%.

 Edit/Copy

 Edit/Paste as a new Layer

 With your Mover tool , move your tube image to the far left of your background.


Effects/3-D Effects/Drop Shadow at settings of your choice.  I like to use the following:


Add your Watermark.

 Layers/Merge/Merge all flatten.
  Save for assembly in Letter Creator
