Effects/Plugins/Simple/Quick Tile Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur at 10.00 Adjust the opacity to 50%  Layers/Merge/Merge all flatten. Image/Add Borders =2  With your Magic Wand  select your new border. Flood Fill with a gradient or color of your choice.  Selections/Select none  Effects/Plugins/Simple/Diamonds Effects/Plugins/Simple/Quick Tile Add your Watermark.
