Needed for this Tutorial:

PSP8
A Texture filter of your choosing (*optional)
A Graphic of your choice
*Pick or resize your graphic with a width of no larger than 300 pixels.

This size works the best because this is a large frame.

Instructions:

Open a new graphic in PSP

With the Eyedropper tool , pick out a color from

your graphic to use as your background.

Image/Add Borders/15pixels/Symmetric Checked

With Magic Wand , select your new frame.

While selected, Flood Fill with your new background color/ apply the

texture of your choice if desired.

While still selected, Selections/Invert

Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow.
Vertical -1/Hoizontal -1/Opacity

100/Blur 5.00/Color Black

While still selected,
Effects/3D/ Effects/Drop Shadow
Vertical 1/Horizontal

100/Opacity50/Blur 5.00/Color Black

Selections/select none

Image/Borders/Add Borders
Symmetric UNchecked
Top=12, Left=12
Bottom=0, Right=0

Magic Wand/select new border and Flood Fill with background color

and apply texture if desired *(or you can leave it solid color for more contrast

Selections/Invert

Effects/3D Effects/Drop

Shadow/Vertical -1 / Horizontal

-1 / Opacity 100/Blur 5.00 Color White

Selections/Select none

Image/add border/12 pixels/Symmetric CHECKED

Using Magic Wand, select new border/Flood Fill with Color

apply Texture if desired.

Vertical =1, Horiz. =1Opacity 100/ Blur 5.00 Color Black

Image/add border 12 pixels/Symmetric UNchecked.

desired color and/or texture.

background color/texturize

Add your watermark and save as a JPG Header for

assembly in Letter Creator

Make a new image 150 X 150 pixels/ Flood Fill with

your Background color/Texturize and save as your

Background tile for assembly in Letter Creator.
