Needed for this Tutorial: PSP Tube of your choice Filters: Medhi/Melt http://www.selwane.com/mehdi/english/melt.htm FM Tile Tools/Seamless Tile http://www.selwane.com/mehdi/english/melt.htm Open PSP and your tube. Make a new Transparent Image 1280 X the Height of your tube. In your Materials Box, select a Gradient that will compliment your tube image. Set the Angle at 90 degrees. Flood Fill
Effects/Plugins/Medhi/Melt. The default settings are 25/50/0. Use those settings. NOTE:** If you do not have the Medhi/Melt Filter, you can get a close duplicate effect by using your PSP Brush and one of the Marble settings.
Effects/Plugins/FM Tile Tools/Seamless Tile, with the settings at 66/ Vertical CHECKED
Activate your tube. Enlarge or decrease the size as you wish for the desired look you want to achieve. Edit Copy Edit Paste as a new layer on your background image. It will be centered on your background. In your Layers Pallet, reduce the Opacity to 30%.
Resize your tube again if desired to make it a little smaller than the faded image in the center of your background. I generally will reduce the size by 80%. Edit Paste as a new layer. The image will appear in the center of your image on top of your faded image. Use your Mover tool and move this tube image to the left side of your background image. Add drop shadow if desired.
Layers/Merge/Merge all flatten. Add your Watermark and save as a JPG to assemble in Letter Creator.
