Filters: Penta
Redfield/Emblazer

Make a "new" image 300 x 300
Flood fill
with desired color
(I usually pick a color from my tube for the background. This image is used as a background tile)
Effects/Plugins/Penta/Dots and Cross
using the following settings.
Effects/Plugins/Penta/Drag
using the following filter settings
Effects/Plugins/Penta/Jeans
using the following settings
Effects/Plugins/Redfield/Emblazer
using the following settings
**as as option here, if you wish to have the pattern more defined,
Effects/FM Tile Tools/Blend Emboss
As an alternative, you can make the background image smaller
50%
Select your new background image from your Patterns pallet and Flood Fill in to your side border letter, or use as a background in Letter Creator.
Add your watermark if you use one
Save as a jpg for assembly in Letter Creator or as your background
