Open an image of your choice. Duplicate and close the original.
Resize this image to approximately 300 in height or desired size.
Duplicate the image again (you should have two images sized now). Shrink one image.
Click on Adjust/Blur/GaussianBlur, Radius 20
Click on Effects/Plugins/MuRa's Seamless/Shift at Random with the following settings:
Number 100, Shift 100, Random 0, Direction 0
Effects/Plugins/Simple/Quick Tile
Effects/Plugins/Eye Candy 4000/Water Drops with the settings shown below
Effects/Plugins/FM TileTools/Seamless Tile with these settings:
Click on the Pattern Button in your Materials Box
and choose the pattern image you just made. Click ok.
Open a new image that is the height of your graphic X 1028.
Flood fill this new image with the new pattern.
Activate the other original graphic.
Then Select/Select All/Feather 35.
While still selected, copy and paste it into your new background as a new selection.
Place in the left side of the background.
Click on Select/Select None
Layers/merge all flatten.
Select/Select All/Modify/Contract 2
Image/Crop to selection.
Add your watermark and make a letter.
