QUILTED SATIN

For this tutorial you will need:

PSP8

Filters:  Redfield/Lattice Composer  http://www.fleursauvage.be/utilitaire/filtres/filtres.htm

A tube of your choice


This is a very simple and easy tutorial.


 In PSP8, Open your chosen tube.

 With your Eyedropper tool pick a light color from your image.


Shrink your tubed image.


Make a New Raster Image 1280 X 800.

 Flood fill with your lighter color.


Effects/Plugins/Redfield/Lattice Composer with the following settings and selection " 4 Weaved 4 "


  On your Layers Pallet, reduce the Opacity setting to 50%

 


Layers/Merge/Merge all flatten.

 Reactivate your tube.

Edit/Copy


On your background image, Edit/Paste as a new Selection and move to the upper left corner.


Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow


Add a New Raster Layer

With your Text Tool , add desired text to your image (this step is optional). 

 I use text size 60.  Since it is not listed, I highlight the text size box and type in 60.


Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow


Selections/Select None

In your Layers Pallet, Layers/Promote Background to Layer

Add your watermark and save as a jpg for assembly in Letter Creator
