You will need:
PSP8
Tube of your choosing and the following filters:
Simple/Quick Tile
MuRa Pro Seamless (MuRaPro)
FM Tile Tools -
You can find them here: http://www.fleursauvage.be/utilitaire/filtres/filtres.htm
INSTRUCTIONS
Open
a tube in PSP
Make your selected tube active.
With the eyedropper tool,
One a light color and one a darker color.
Set the Materials window to Gradient
and select the colors you just
picked or another gradient that matches your tube. ![]()
Activate the new 200 X 200 image and flood fill
Effects/Plugins/Simple/Quick Tile.
Effects/Plugins/MuRa's Seamless/Shift at Random
with the following settings:

Effects/Plugins/Simple/Diamonds.
Effects/Plugins/FM Tile Tools/Blend Emboss
with the following settings and edge wrap checked: ![]()
Effects/Plugins/Quick Tile.
In the Materials color box, open the pattern
selection and select
your new background design. the settings are shown below: ![]()
Measure the height of your chosen tube and
open another new image 1024 X the height of your tube. Resize if necessary.
Flood fill
Effects/Plugins/Quick Tile
Activate your tube, Copy/Past as a new
Selection in to your 1024 wide background.
Apply Effects/3D Effects/drop Shadow if
desired.
Layers/Merge/Merge all Flatten.
Selections/Select All.
Selections/Modify/Contract 2.
Image/Crop to Selection.
Apply your Watermark if desired and save to
assemble in Letter Creator.
