PSP

A graphic of your choice

Filters:  Simple/Quick Tile and 4-Way Average

Toadies/Ommadawn

FM Tile Tools/Seamless and Blend Emboss

Open your graphic in PSP *a graphic with a width of

about 350 pixels works the best.

Windows/Duplicate twice and then close the original
Minimize one of the other copies.

Layers/Add new Raster layer


In your Materials box, select a gradient that

compliments your graphic colors.


Effects/Simple/Quicktile


Adjust/Blur/Gaussian blur set at 15 (the results may be

hard to see, but do it anyway)


Effects/toadies/Ommadawn with the following settings.

*Again, you will not see much change but do it anyway.

Layers/Merge/Merge flatten

Layers/Promote background layer

Effects/FM Tile Tools/Blend Emboss with the following

settings and with Edge Wrap checked.

Effects/FM Tile Tools/Blend Emboss again with the same settings

Layers/new raster layer

Flood fill  with either a lighter or a darker color,

whichever compliments your graphic. 

In this example I used a dark green flood fill.


Adjust the opacity to about 50% or what ever number gives you the prettiest color result.


Layers/merge/merge all flatten.


In your Materials box, select this new Pattern


Activate your original graphic.

Effects/FM Tile Tools/Seamless tile/vertical checked.

Image/information and look to see the height of your graphic.


Image/Canvas size 1280 X the height of your graphic


With your magic wand, select the empty area.

Flood fill  with your pattern.


Effects/Plugins/Simple/4-way average.


Selections/Invert


Effects/drop shadow

Selections/select none
Apply your watermark

Assemble in Letter Creator
